Reservation confirmation and the final amount of your contribution depend on the actual occupancy during the requested period.
All bookings are subject to explicit approval by the owners.

Booking Terms
- Booking Confirmation
- All bookings require prior approval from the property owners.
- The reservation and applicable contribution will be confirmed based on actual occupancy and availability for the requested period.
- Payment Terms
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay.
- Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the stay.
